Welcome! If you are new to Emboldini’s Collaboration Package subscription, we are so glad you are on board! If you’ve been a subscriber for a while, thank you!

Your action items

If you are a new Collaboration subscriber, or if you’re simply wanting to be sure your team gets the full benefit of your subscription, here’s what to do:

  • Save the dates. Ask your entire team to add a recurring meeting on their calendars for the third Thursday of every month from 11:00 – 11:45 AM Central Time. The Zoom link remains the same: https://zoom.us/j/8169358771

  • Share your team list. Send your team members’ names and email addresses to hello@emboldini.com so we can add them to our list to receive Emboldini’s monthly content, as well as notices and follow up emails related to the Monthly Peer Working Sessions. You can send us updates anytime!

Emboldini’s Collaboration Package is ideal for teams that want fresh content and the added benefit of learning from peers in similar roles through facilitated group sessions, as well as the opportunity to consult one-on-one with planned giving professionals.

THE HIGHLIGHTS

This package includes:

  • Invitation to office hours where experienced planned giving professionals will answer your questions.

  • Ready-to-use messaging and materials for donor engagement each month, as well as basic and advanced materials to round out and regularly update planned giving marketing materials. 

  • Monthly Peer Working Sessions.

THE DETAILS

Monthly Content Capsule, each delivering new material, is delivered on the 15th day of every month.

The Monthly cut-and-paste Stewardship Newsletter for donors and prospective donors is also delivered on the 15th day of each month.

In addition, you can cut-and-paste to your heart’s content with full access to our Resource Library that contains a wide variety of basic and advanced materials you’ll need to build and grow your planned giving program. And we’re always adding to it!

With the Collaboration Package, you receive an annual $2,000 credit toward Emboldini’s Meaningful Conversations training program when you launch this consulting engagement during the subscription period.

The Collaboration Package also includes a Monthly Peer Working Session, for 45 minutes over Zoom, with fellow subscribers, facilitated by Emboldini and including the following:

  • Review the Content Capsule and Stewardship Newsletter and share tips for how best to use them.

  • Featured deep dive topic

  • These sessions offer built-in accountability partners to help you stay on track with your planned giving outreach goals

  • Sessions are open to any staff member of the subscribing organization.
